West Milwaukee Lions Club
We welcome men and women who value service to and in our community
and the rewards of friendship and camaraderie that come with that involvement.
The Club
was founded on October 28th 1937 by a group of civic-minded men to
help residents in the West Milwaukee area.
The same desire that the founders had in helping the residents in our
community continues just as strong in our current membership. The Club donates scholarships for area high
school students and also donates to various community and blind work
organizations. Pershing School students
and residents with special needs have also been helped. The West Milwaukee
Lions Club is the only charitable community service organization serving the
residents of West Milwaukee.
Why should
I become a Lion?
Excited about becoming a member?
You
become a Lion by invitation from the West Milwaukee Lions Club.
To be considered for membership, first arrange a Club Visit to meet the members of The West
Milwaukee Lions Club. Tell us you are considering membership and want to attend
a meeting to learn more. Then, request a Membership Application
from our Club. Send the completed Membership Application
directly to the West Milwaukee Lions Club.
