The Court Clerk can help to explain the Court process, answer questions about Court procedure, answer specific questions concerning your citation, answer questions regarding monies owed the Court. The Court Clerk cannot give legal advice, fill out forms for you, advise you what to say or do in court or recommend attorneys.

If your citation indicates a mandatory appearance, you MUST appear on the date and time listed on your citation.
If your citation indicates that your appearance is not mandatory, but you wish to appear in Court, appear on the date and time listed on your citation.
NO WALK-INS TO COURT ARE ALLOWED
Contesting a Parking Ticket:
If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you MUST sign up for Court by appearing at the Police Department (4755 West Beloit Road). You will need to know the ticket number and the license plate number of the vehicle.
Once you are signed up, you will be given a date and time to appear in Court.
