Liquor, Beer, and Wine Sales from Licensed Establishments
The Premise Description is listed on your license, and this is the area you have to adhere to for pick-up and carry-out.
- Alcohol beverages may be ordered on a “carry-out” basis, as long as face-to-face sales are made.
- No deliveries of any alcohol beverages (beer, wine, or liquor) are allowed by any licensed establishment.
- Off-premises sales shall cease at 9:00 p.m. every day.
- Packaged sales from “Class B” licensed premises will not be permitted between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Off-Premise Consumption (i.e. grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.)
Items must be sold in original package and container
Class “A” License is Fermented Malt Beverage
Closing hours – Retail class “A” fermented malt beverage license: between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Class “A” License is Fermented Malt Beverage and Liquor
Closing hours – Retail class “A” intoxicating liquor license: between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
On-Premise Consumption (i.e. bars, restaurants, etc.)
Class “B” License is Fermented Malt Beverage
On-premise or off-premise consumption – Off-premise in original package or container, in any quantity.
Class “B” License is Fermented Malt Beverage and Liquor
On-premise or off-premise consumption – Off-premise in original package or container.
Liquor is not to exceed four liters at any one time and to be consumed off the licensed premises.
Wine may be sold for consumption off the licensed premises in original package or container.
Beer may be sold for consumption off the licensed premises in original package or container.
Off-premise sales shall cease at 9:00 p.m. every day.
Packaged sales from Class “B” licensed premises will not be permitted between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Class “C” Wine
For restaurants that don’t have a liquor license, can also have a fermented malt beverage license.
