JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Public Works is seeking motivated seasonal employees to assist with a variety of public works and municipal maintenance duties during the summer season. This entry – level position supports daily operations, including grounds maintenance, park upkeep, street maintenance, sanitation assistance, and general labor activities. Employees work outdoors in varied weather conditions and as part of a team serving the community. The work requires agility, strength, and stamina to perform heavy manual labor continuously and to withstand exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions. Employees may occasionally operate trucks, equipment, and / or machines incidental to Public Works maintenance activities.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
